Apartrooms is designed for the business traveller. From location, to parking, to room access, to working, we have made everything as simple as possible. Our building is very energy efficient too because we believe in sustainability and we wanted to support Aberdeen’s circular economy. The benefit for business travellers is that your employer’s environmental boxes are ticked and you can even charge up your electric vehicle.
Business Travel
The novelty of business travel wears off for most people. There are only so many airports, motorways and hotels you can pass through – each with their own queues, hassle and stress – before the magic wears off. Most hotel rooms look the same and there’s that constant worry about being late. Outside of landing a business deal, the highlights of business trips include seeing the people you’ve travelled to meet, enjoying some good meals, indulging in occasional tourism and getting some fleeting exposure to nature.

Apartrooms doesn’t have any queues, hassle or stress. There’s no reception, you park for free right outside your apartroom which you enter directly using a code. Straight away you’ll notice how spacious and spotless everything is. If you need to work in your apartroom, or even if you don’t, there is superfast Wi-Fi broadband and a desk to work at. If you just need to chill out, it’s set up like a comfortable home from home with sofas and a Freeview smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. There’s even an Alexa smart speaker that can be used to voice control the TV, kettle and lights.

Our location may not look so glamorous on Google but it’s perfectly situated for the commercial and industrial estates to the south of Aberdeen. Not only that, but if you do have time to escape, you are very close to the rugged Aberdeenshire coast that our holiday guests delight in exploring. The fabulous city of Aberdeen is very close by car or bus and there is plenty of outdoor space, including the excellent local golf courses.
Long Stay Accommodation
Being commercially focused, we are happy to offer discounts for longer stays. We are used to guests being with us for more than a month while working on projects in infrastructure, energy, financial services, telecoms and technology. Longer-term guests make more use of the fully equipped kitchen; there’s a good supermarket 3 minutes up the road and plenty of restaurants that deliver to the door. There is daily housekeeping to maintain your room at a supreme level of cleanliness for comfort and security. It’s our long-term visitors who really feel the benefit from the quiet location, comfy Hypnos beds, the power showers and free self-service laundry. Don’t worry if an issue arises, we may not have reception staff but prompt customer service from the site owners is available via a mobile app.
